Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Additionally, please be aware that shipping times may vary for returns from countries outside of Europe.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Certain items, such as personalized items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions about your specific item, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Exchanges:
For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
